Under the Vantage REIT legal and tax structure, dividends paid from the REIT receive pass-through tax treatment and are not taxed before payment to investors.

Vantage REIT pays our Investors dividends totaling 90% of net operating cash flows on a quarterly basis.  

We are currently accepting funds to be held in trust and used to acquire select real estate projects for development and resale.  This investment opportunity is open to institutional and accredited individual investors only.
